We are committed to your complete satisfaction. Due to the fact that the items are sold over the Internet, our customers can't try them ahead of time. So it's difficult to avoid all unsuitability. If you are dissatisfied with any purchase for any reason, we'll assist you with a prompt exchange or return. As for any inconvenience you may encounter, we are sincerely sorry for that. About Exchange:

Only new and unused items with all accessories and in their original package can be accepted for exchange. The items should be sent back within 10 business days upon the receipt of your package. All returned packages must be insured. Exchanges will be sent out within 10-15 business days upon the receipt of your returns. Buyers are responsible for such shipping charges.

About Return:

If you are unsatisfied with the received item, you can return them. Returns should be sent back within 7 business days upon the receipt of your package. Pleas ensure your returned items in original packaging including all accessories, tags, not worn, altered or washed and can be resold.. All returned packages must be insured. All returned items are subjected to 15% restocking fee and buyers are responsible for such shipping charges.

Please Notice:

1. Please contact our customer service first to obtain the return address.

2. Fill out your return address information on the label, affix it to your package. Postage is not refundable.

3. If the returned package get lost during the shipment, we will not be responsible for such missing. So the original post office receipt must be kept to claim compensation for the loss.

4. If the items are Non-quality Problems, customers need to add 30% postage for exchange delivery fees.

5. Return may takes one to two weeks to process and at least one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account.
